[Contacts] SPEC / IYF -- Critical Data Needed!

Pastors, Parents and Campers, We need your help!
IYF happens once every four years. This summer will be the only chance  
for many to attend IYF.    SPEC is great, but IYF & SPEC together are  
awesome. IYF is a once in a lifetime opportunity AND WE DON’T WANT  
ANYONE TO MISS OUT!
We know times are tough and are doing everything we can to reduce the  
costs for youth wanting to attend SPEC, IYF or both.  In order to do  
so, we REALLY NEED AN ESTIMATE of how many youth will be attending one  
or both events.  Please poll your congregation, campers, and friends  
and provide us with an estimate of how many youth are planning to  
attend the following:
1)      IYF only (some may be only old enough for IYF)
2)      IYF & SPEC
3)      SPEC only
We may have found a way to lower the costs involved, but really need  
this information to be sure.   Please provide estimated numbers for  
SPEC and IYF campers by Monday, 4/27!

General Information to consider:
-          IYF Qualifications:  Campers must have completed 9th, 10th,  
11th, or 12th grades to attend.
-          SPEC Qualification: Campers must have completed 10th, 11th,  
or 12th grades to attend.
-          Both Mission Centers have contributed considerable dollars  
from their Mission Center budgets to reduce IYF & SPEC fees; HOWEVER,  
both Mission Centers have additional funds available to further reduce  
campers fees.  Please contact your pastor, mission center officer, or  
me for information about the additional support from the mission center.
-         Many Congregations also have funds available to further  
reduce campers fees (upon request).  Please contact your pastor or  
local financial officer about congregational funds availability.

The estimate of youth attending is needed very badly so please contact  
Ron Saur, Terry Shelton or me with any questions - Thanks!
