[Contacts] FW: CONTACT: Outreaach International Scholarship Contest

We are the Outreach International Interns and we are offering a $1000
college scholarship to a Spec camper (or group of campers). We are hosting a
youtube contest with our new campaign "Small Change for Big Change" and we
want to see what good the youth can do for the world. 

We need to get the word out about this competition and one of our methods is
to go through congregational bulletins. We are hoping that you can get an
announcement posted in your bulletins or any other method of advertising you
have for your mission center. The information for the contest is in our own
